The Ostoni pneumatic presses, thanks to their reliability of utilization, are suitable to execute several workings, such as assembling, blanking, riveting, keying, drawing, caulking, bending, stamping, etc..
The very sturdy frame of our presses (in iron casting for the "480", in welded steel for all the others) allows the carrying out of precise operations and the ability to obtain of an utmost stiffness of the structure.
The not rotary shaft, made in hardened and tempered steel, is guided by two self-lubricating bushings and is equipped with adjustable stroke by means of a venier placed above the cylinder: it is also possible to carry out very accurate work with irregular outlines and very brittle workpieces.
The double-effect cylinders are in line for the "2040" and "3000" presses, single for the other models and they are very thick chromium-plated the inside so as to avoid the corrosion of condensate and is to reduce the friction with gaskets.
The press control is carried out through two-hand pneumatic operation and safety device in compliance with the safety rules.
According to the customer's requirements, it is possible to adapt our standard models with modifications or additions in the mechanical part or in the pneumatic part (rotary tables, resistance plates, timers, speed regulators, etc.).
